RETURN POLICY
Returned goods or products will be verified together with the receipt and the goods should also present to be in a good condition. The item should be in the original condition in the original packaging. In case the good or product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will be no refund for the purchase. Vape Animal will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods or products, customer will receive their refund within 3 days after confirmation.
